Panicos Harakis, our founder, created the company with a focus on providing customers with affordability and security. This motive is retained today, and, we support our customers with a full range of services related to property acquisition, maintenance, and performance.
The company today has accumulated 1,460 acres of prime land in Limassol. Our project portfolio is mainly residential but includes office, commercial and sports development projects.
Although we embrace modernity and new ideas, we retain a sense of conservatism and a commitment to simplicity. Our recent residential projects incorporate intelligent home automation systems and energy efficiency, whilst delivering architectural elegance with a focus on practical living.
Together with our affiliates, we can assist in all financial, legal and tax optimization matters related to investing in Cyprus property. Our all-round capabilities are useful when assessing qualification criteria related to fast-track Cyprus naturalization and residence schemes via investment.
Eco-friendly homes
Our commitment to a low environmental impact is evident in our current projects. All our homes are “smart” with automation systems that minimize materials waste (e.g. unconventional lighting systems with minimal wiring) and energy waste (e.g. most of our projects feature Cat A++ ducted air-conditioning systems).
As our prototype project, Hara Elite Home is one of the first residential development projects in Cyprus to achieve a Class A Energy certificate (NZE = Nearly Zero Energy coefficient), meaning its specifications meet the stringent standards set by the EU regarding passive energy consumption.
This is achieved with premium glazed windows and aluminium frames with idyllic U coefficients. All floors, walls and external frame elements of the building are XPS insulated and each apartment has underfloor heating (water type system) enabled by energy efficient heat pumps.
Apartments are fitted with ducted VRV air-conditioning systems with Hydro box for effective cooling and ventilation. All interiors are designed to allow free flow of air east to west for natural cooling and ventilation. The building is fitted with photovoltaic panels on the roof to assist with common area energy needs. What is more, all lighting is LED for lower energy consumption and all facade systems are treated for maximum performance against energy losses. All the above will result in lower bills and increased comfort for residents.
